Ripple - Drive
Increasing employee motivation within a business requires leaders to be attentive to what drives people and what their intentions are for their career. Research completed by Harvard Business Review indicated that the key for managers is to first; accurately identify the reason for an employee’s lack of motivation and second; apply a targeted strategy. Ripple enables leaders to measure behaviour in real time and pinpoint areas where discussions with team members can be targeted to stimulate drive.

As a collective, employees require feedback and performance reviews to increase efficiency, productivity and accuracy. When they receive this advice or opinions from their managers they are able to understand where they are not performing as well as they could be, and begin to work towards developing their behaviour. Leaders who recognise and reinforce positive behaviour and equip their team with solutions to improve on less desirable behaviours are promoting employee drive and job satisfaction. When individual employees are shown the support and attention needed to drive development, the success of the organisation as a whole will be cultivated. Effectively, you are setting your team members up for success.
