Ripple - Accountability

Ripple is customised to an organisation’s culture and priorities for people development. One of the main components of successful and high performing organisations is a sense of accountability. Ripple promotes this type of environment.

A 2020 study by Harvard Business Review found that 91% of employees saw the ability to “effectively hold others accountable” as one of the biggest requirements for their company in leadership development. Employees are seeking action from their leaders to uphold company values and goals that guide which behaviours are acceptable and which ones aren’t. Accountability in business leads to team members contributing more fairly to their organisation and each individual receiving clarity and reinforcement about what exactly is expected of them.

When employees are held accountable for their behaviours it offers opportunities for leaders to both celebrate areas of strength and address areas of development. With Ripple, tracking these changes is made easy and long term progress can be assessed in real time. Implementing this tool can make looking back on or examining selected periods of time simple and efficient, and allows relevant and specific feedback to be given to employees.
