Repetition Promotes Learning

“A learning organization is an organization skilled at creating, acquiring, and transferring knowledge, and at modifying its behaviour to reflect new knowledge and insights.”

(Garvin, 1993)

By creating systems and processes that support these activities and integrating them into the fabric of daily operations, companies can manage their learning more effectively.

Measuring Learning

Managers have long known that ‘if you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it.’ This maxim is as true of learning as it is of any other corporate objective (Building a Learning Organization, 1993).

The design of Ripple enables online circulation of the tool on a regular and coordinated basis, providing a frequent and periodic measure of key behaviours and capabilities according to the needs of the business to fast-track developing skills, and provides an encouraging environment to build a learning organisation. You can also measure and track the learning of your employees using Ripple Reporting.
