We were not after cookie cutter training as the team been through it all before. What we were looking for that was delivered was a highly personalised approach with a focus on team dynamics and organisational interactions where each person would have a clear view of their strengths and weaknesses that they could take away from the sessions to work on and track in performance reviews.
Sessions were highly engaging and interactive with each individual able to explore how they would deal with realistic scenarios for every day challenges.
