The Coaching Framework

At Eclipse, we embrace this transformative journey by offering a coaching approach that centres on helping clients clarify their goals and the steps needed to achieve them.
Our coaching process involves asking exploratory, open-ended questions that encourage clients to envision their desired outcomes. We guide them in uncovering their authentic leadership, setting a focused learning agenda, and practicing new behaviours and roles. By doing so, we support our clients in identifying growth opportunities, laying the groundwork for change, and driving effective execution.
Our role is to facilitate and support the change process, helping clients recognise learning opportunities and navigate challenges. This coaching framework is designed to empower individuals to overcome obstacles and achieve lasting success.
