The Impact of Leadership on Employee Engagement
“An effective leader is someone who can communicate rationally, connect relationally, manage practically and lead directionally and strategically.” (McCrindle, 2019)

Leaders and employees are the principal elements of any organisation. A recent survey of Australians found that the number one response to the biggest factor impacting business growth and decline was leadership and management (38%). The second most common response was employee attitude and work ethic (34%).
The purpose of leaders in organisations is to guide their team towards increased rates of productivity and individual development. A great leader should inspire their team to possess a positive attitude towards their work and instil a strong work ethic in them that will foster their greatest potential.
At Eclipse Leadership Group we specialise in developing leaders and equipping them with the skills necessary to successfully manage and grow their team.
